Thanks for letting us know about this. I was able to replicate this on my end, so I've filed an issue to see if we can improve this in the future. In the meantime, opening the 1Password pop-up in your browser by clicking the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar, then choosing Autofill on your Login item should work properly. Let me know how you get on with that!
