How can I unbold copied text?

I copied some text from Todoist and put it into 1PW. That text is bolded and I can't get it unbolded. I have copied it in a gDoc, then pasted that and that didn't work. I even put it in a Gmail subject line and copied that. I then typed it directly in to my 1PW notes and it then corrupted the lines above it into bold. How can I get it back into plain text?
