How do I disable the purple highlighting of search results within the content of a note?

After the latest update of 1Password, search results are highlighted in purple within the content of the note. How can I disable this? I want it to work like it did before. This is very unreadable fo...

Thank you for your patience. Our developers have released a fix for an issue where the notes field was always shown when searching, even if it was unrelated to the search. If you haven't already, please update to version 8.10.36:
