How Do I Get Out Of "Nightly" Builds?

I must be missing a file to delete, because for the life of me, I can't get 1Password 8 for macOS to install the beta version, instead of the "nightly" version. Can anyone from 1Password help? I've t...

Also, where/how is data stored so that even if I delete every traceable file (either 1Password or AgileBits), it remembers me after an uninstall.

These details are stored in iCloud Keychain. From our About your Secret Key article:

Encrypted copies of your Secret Key are stored in your device backups and keychains to provide data loss protection. If you have iCloud Keychain turned on and lose your Mac, iPhone, or iPad, you can restore from a backup and unlock 1Password with just your Master Password.
