how do i migrate data to 1pw for web on mac using data.1pif?

Question

i have different versions of 1PW working on my imac - laptop and iphone.
None of your 'simple' solutions work to migrate
How can I use the data.1pif file to migrate data into the 1 PW.com for MAC???

OS Version: mac 12.4
