How do I search for a keyword across all items in the entire vault (note fields) ?

I am using the Windows app version 8.10.6 and am unable to figure out how to search for a keyword across all login item note fields? I use the search field at the top of the app as well as the Cntl A...

This worked for me using a test Login item and searching for something in the Notes field:

I'm using 1Password 8.10.6 for Windows, on the Production channel, and running Windows 11. Can you try recreating the test item from the screenshot and let me know if that works?
