ModeratorAre you subject to MDM management on this device? If so, check with your MDM provider. If they push 1Password 7 to the device, it will remove 1Password 8. In every single instance of this occurring, this has been the cause. To resolve this, you'll need to involve your IT team and have them alter the profile that pushes out the older copy. They are the only ones who can make this change.
