I always seem to have mess with 1Password to log into a site.
I would like to see a list and then just click and open a site.
What do I click on to just open the site.
I often have to copy the password and paste it

When you open a Login item in 1Password on iOS, you can tap the "website" link to take you to that page in your default browser.
You can find your Logins (or any other items) from the Items tab (inbetween Home and Search, second from the left), then tapping "All Items" at the top.
Both the Home and Items tabs can be customized to show you what you want: Get to know 1Password for iOS — Customize your Home screen and items tab.
