how do you move one vault's data to another vault?

Complaints:
1.). 1Password is easy to use for passwords - not so much admin'ing the account (see below)
2.). There are some things that you can do in the browser that you cannot do in the app (Pain in the A$$)
3.). Finding secret key is not intuitive. "Go to setup on another device" - Dumb - who thought of that one?
4.). Changing email address - Couldn't do on app, had to use browser - Again Dumb
5.) No tech support email under contacts/support which clearly says email support - Who is running the UI standards at 1Password?
6.). No support phone number - I always find it sketchy of a company that does not have tech support phone number or email? Do you get too many calls about poor app development?

QUESTION:
How do I move all items from one vault to another? I figure there is some dumb-a$$ convoluted way to do. Do tell..........
