How fast does Watchtower report?

Hi there,

the https://stadt-bremerhaven.de/thalia-informiert-kunden-ueber-hackerangriff/ site was hacked.
There was no report from Watchtower.

How long does it take for Watchtower to provide information about the hack?

    Hi @blaxxz:

    Doing a quick check, I can't find any public confirmation by Thalia that they were compromised, only the quoted emails to the specific affected users. We only add breaches or leaks to Watchtower that have a public confirmation by the company that owns the site, but we'll continue to keep an eye out.
