How long does it take support to assist
Has been 4 days since I installed this and asked for support. I keep getting emails that I have looged in from browsers. Try to connect with windows and Android app and tells me I can't. Haven't gott...
SInce Feb 26 - it is now Mar 11! - I have not received any help. I get a pasted-in tutorial response.
I cannot keep an extension working for more than a day or two before I have to uninstall it and reinstall it.
