How to add a new webpage and password?

When I hit the + sign to add a new file, the menu isn't clear to me on what to select. Am I adding a new login? or does that change my login for 1password? Thank you.

    Hey @Lazvast01 :

    Clicking on the + button in the 1Password 7 for Mac app will add a new item to your vault. For example, if you click on the + button, and select "Login", you can create a new Login item.

    Alternatively, if you'd like to change your account password (1Password account) via the app:

    1. From the menu bar, select 1Password 7 > Preferences > Accounts.
    2. Click on your account in the left sidebar, and select the "Change Password" button.
