How to get my custom categories to appear in the sidebar?

I've enabled showing categories in the sidebar, but it only shows Logins and Identities. I have so many other categories associated with the items I imported to my vault, ie., Utilities, Music, Healt...

For example, in the one on the right, you'll find the option to create a Mac Login type item. For the most part, everything you see there will also be on the right. Use whichever method suits your needs. :) The right side contains more of a menu driven approach.
