How to import PIF from the version 7 into the 8? I don't have access to my previous account

Giving that this was a business account and I left the job, I downloaded the .PIF file however I can't upload it to a new personal account. Any ideas on how to solve this? I don’t have access to my previous account as it has been suspended.

    Install 1Password 7 temporarily to import the 1PIF.
