how to manually sync database

HELP...
Be darned if I can find HELP in Support for Manual SYNC of Database,
Can you help>>>???

    Hello @Freeman4163,

    Thanks for your question. Syncing occurs with 1Password.com (or .ca/.eu) when you unlock the app. Any changes made while using the app should sync nearly instantaneously with other devices signed into a 1Password account.

    Could you let us know what troubles you are experiencing? For example, are changes made in the 1Password 8 for Windows app not appearing on 1Password.com or other devices? If this is the case, do you see offline notification in the app and does clicking this icon help?
