How to revert to v7, please?

Unfortunately, v8 has broken many things, I don't find the new features useful, I can no longer get the browser extension to respond to a keyboard shortcut, and it has broken TextExpander. I tried...

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into some trouble with 1Password 8. I also use TextExpander exhaustively each and every day alongside 1Password 8, can you tell a little more about the issue that you ran into? I would be happy to look into this for you.

Can you also tell me which keyboard shortcut isn't working and which browser you're using?

You can revert to 1Password 7 by quitting 1Password 8 and dragging 1Password.app to the Trash. Then double-click on 1Password 7.app.zip in your Applications folder to restore 1Password 7. But I strongly recommend sticking with 1Password 8 since 1Password 7 is no longer supported and will only receive important security updates going forward.
