How to suppress "Use Suggested Password" dropdown?
Is there some 1Password setting/configuration combination that will prevent me from ever seeing the "Use Suggested Password" dropdown as shown here:
NOTE: I still want to be prompted with ...
1P_Dave - I tried your suggestion of using the esc key to get rid of the suggested password and it worked as you indicated.
However, after using this approach, I encountered another potential issue after following the steps of my 'register new account' flow I mentioned in my previous comment above (which may belong in a separate discussion group, but I am too lazy to open a new topic and describe the flow again).
For example, after I hit esc to get rid of the suggested password dropdown, I was expecting 1Password to show me the new password I created for this new website I discovered:
However, when I click on the little 1Password icon dropdown 'tool' in the Password field, nothing is displayed (neither "Use Suggested Password" nor my newly-created 1Password entry).
The 1Password extension does know about the new entry and it seems to 'match' the website properly since when I click on the 1Password extension, I can see that it is showing the website as a "Suggestion" as shown here:
Why isn't 1Password prompting me for my saved password in this scenario?
