How to use the Copy Link on another windows computer 1password app?

How do I sign in with the copied link on another windows computer with a new 1Password App install? I sent the link to the new computer but where do I paste it to open it?

1Password Version: 8.10.18
Extension Version: 2.16.0
OS Version: Windows latest upgrade
Browser: Chrome upgraded

    Fixed. I do not know what fixed my problem but it's fixed. Last night I pasted the copied link into my chrome browser, but it did not work and did not prompt me to run 1Password app. I think what will work in the future is to install the 1Password app and then boot before running the copied link in my browser. I really don't know what fixed it but happy this morning that I can use 1Password on my old windows 10 laptop.
