Hi @Quan, thanks for reaching out. I have looked at the website you've shared in both regular Chrome and Incognito Chrome. 1Password appears in the username field as expected. I could not get to the second part of the login process where the password field would be, but looking at the page structure you sent, I don't see where 1Password would have any issues detecting the field.
For the users running into this issue, please let us know the following:
- Does the problem on this particular website occur consistently, or does it only occur intermittently?
- Does the problem occur on other websites?
- Does refreshing the page or quitting/restarting the browser help at all?
- Do the affected users have other extensions installed in their browser? If so, what are those extensions?
