To answer your questions:
Does the problem on this particular website occur consistently, or does it only occur intermittently?
After resetting her cache and cookies, it will work for a few hours but then stop working. So the issue is Intermittently
Does the problem occur on other websites?
This problem was occurring on all websites that she would go to.
Does refreshing the page or quitting/restarting the browser help at all?
Sometimes
Do the affected users have other extensions installed in their browser? If so, what are those extensions?
Yes, we manage all our employees extensions via Chrome. We have Ublock Origin, Zoom Scheduler, and Okta Browser Plugin installed.
