Hi @Wind_Rider_65, I'm sorry to learn of this sign-in issue you've encountered. I'll be happy to help sort this out.
To briefly review: I understand that you upgraded from 1Password 7 to 1Password 8, and that since then you've been unable to sign in, including at 1Password.com. This suggests to me that the issue is not one that's specific to your Mac device (but which we'll of course want to resolve nonetheless).
I had started receiving support by email, which abruptly stopped.
I'm sorry to learn of this. We're getting a lot of requests for help at the moment (which is something that reliably happens when a major update comes out), so it's possible that your email has not been lost but that it will just take a little longer.
However, I'd like to ensure that that's the case - could you paste the ticket ID of your conversation here, so I can track it down for you? It should look something like this: [#ABC-12345-123]
