Is 1Password not prompting to Autofill on the Grindr app? If so, in testing, I found that an extra step was required to Autofill. Instead of tapping the sign in field then tapping the prompt from 1Password you can tap the field to bring up the keyboard, long press the field (tap and hold) then tap Autofill (or ⋮ > Autofill) in the context menu that appears.

When signing in, if you only enter a password you may also need to set Autofill prompts to below fields:
1. Open and unlock 1Password for Android.
2. Tap the account or collection icon.
3. Tap Settings > Autofill.
4. Tap Display Autofill prompts > Below the fields they relate to.
