You can change your user avatar through your profile on 1Password.com: Change your profile information and language on 1Password.com.

1Password.com will scale down to iPhone-size, so you can do it in the browser on your iPhone if you like. Give that a try and let me know how you get on. I'll be here if you need further help. :)
