In Chrome, cannot turn off two factor authentication checking

In the Windows 1Password, you have the option to disable checking for two-factor authentication on Privacy. This does not seem to be available in Chrome, and so I'm being prompted that two factor is available when I do not use the 1Password functionality for this.
