in popup window instead of autofill it offers suggested password

our company uses emaint in the system when updating work order you get a popup window to enter password. 1password offers a suggested password instead of autofill option. if you click on the icon in the upper right corner it takes you off the popup window link

    • This sounds like an internal website we'd be unable to access ourselves, is that right? If not, could you share the URL where this behaviour is occurring?
    • Could you share a screenshot of where 1Password is offering a suggested password instead of the expected autofill option?
      • Be sure not to share any sensitive information in the screenshot.
