Interface Zoom

The new interface zoom feature is great... except that it does not reduce the minimum size of the 1pw window as you shrink the contents. The window still covers 40% of the width of my screen at its minimum width.
Please remove the restrictions on resizing the window and let me make my own decisions about how large or small it should be. I promise to look both ways before crossing the street, mom.
