Welcome to 1Password! You can find the password generator in the 1Password for iOS app when creating or updating an item:

Use the password generator to change and strengthen your passwords

Alternatively, you can find the password generator in the 1Password for Safari extension: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
