iPad and Mac not showing same vault items

I have 1Password (7.9.7) on my iPad (15.6) and iPhone(15.6) but my list of Logins on the iOS devices is NOT up to date with the 1P 8.8 list on my Mac (12.5). This is a big deal ! What is happenin...

Jack_P_1P May have solution - 'he says again', I found that the login I created on 8/8/2022 on macOS 1P 8.8 was only in a Personal vault (only me) instead of the vault shared between my wife and I. Moving it to our shared vault made it appear on iPhone and iPad. I think I may be ok but will check some other items - may have made same error on them.
