iPad and Mac not showing same vault items

I have 1Password (7.9.7) on my iPad (15.6) and iPhone(15.6) but my list of Logins on the iOS devices is NOT up to date with the 1P 8.8 list on my Mac (12.5). This is a big deal ! What is happenin...

Jack_P_1P I have updated to 1P 8 on iOS for my iPhone and deleted the old app.

I haven't found a way to set the default vault to use when creating new items. Is that possible on 1P 8 on the three different OSs?

Everything seems to be working fine with v8. Yea!
