7 months agoTypically, this often indicates the app does not have an associated domain associated with it. If it did you would see the option for more than once. In the absence of that associated domain you'll see once because we have no way to associate 1Password with it on an ongoing basis. Is the app name one you wish to share? I can check on my side. Though, it's likely not needed. Your post has all the hallmarks of the specific situation I find myself in with some apps.

Hey Bracer,
I tried but was unable to fill in the app. Above the wording "Allow Once" and below the text "Fill Anyway?" you should see a warning that 1Password is unable to verify the app should have access to the login. That's generally shown when no associated domain exists. The only resolution I know of would be to contact the app developer and ask them to support Apple's associated domains.
