Issue with 1Password Safari Extension: Unable to Save

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't saving your login information. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue here on my end. I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue one more time and create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (browser extension)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:
