When I enable passkeys on Amazon, my OTP is removed

Every time I enable passkeys on Amazon, my OTP is removed by 1password. It's infuriating and confusing. I now no longer use passkeys on Amazon because of this.

    I'm sorry that you're running into issues when saving a passkey for Amazon. 1Password won't remove your one-time password without your explicit action. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

    1. What device are you using?
    2. If you're using a browser then which browser? 
    3. Where is the one-time password removed from? From the item from 1Password? Or from Amazon itself? Or both?
