When I enable passkeys on Amazon, my OTP is removed
Every time I enable passkeys on Amazon, my OTP is removed by 1password. It's infuriating and confusing. I now no longer use passkeys on Amazon because of this.

Hello JasonDunnCA! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into issues when saving a passkey for Amazon. 1Password won't remove your one-time password without your explicit action. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:
- What device are you using?
- If you're using a browser then which browser?
- Where is the one-time password removed from? From the item from 1Password? Or from Amazon itself? Or both?
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave

Hi Dave. I would have assumed the same thing, that nothing is removed from 1Password without my explicit permission, but it did.
- Apple Studio or MacBook Pro
- I use Edge most often
- The OTP is being removed from the 1Password entry
I haven't tried to reproduce it because it's a bit of a pain to get back to working again.
I'm sorry for the delay in replying. I haven't been able to reproduce the same issue on my end. When I save a passkey for Amazon in an existing Login item, the one-time password stays where it is.
If you check the previous versions of the item do you see that the version immediately preceding the one where you saved your passkey has an OTP and then the next one doesn't and has a passkey instead: View and restore previous versions of items
