Why are there in-line suggestions when Auto Fill is completely turned off?

Apologies for the trouble, I have added you as an affected user to the internal issue we are working on.
If it is proving to be problematic for you I advise disabling the 'Sign in with' prompts altogether with these steps:
- Open your browser, right click the 1Password icon in the toolbar and choose 'Settings'
- Under autofill toggle off 'Offer to save new provider sign ins'

Hey @DinaR, sorry about the issues that you're seeing. Could you let me know more about what steps you're taking and where you're not seeing your accounts? For example, are you not seeing your suggestions from the extension in the browser or are you not seeing a specific account in the extension settings? If you have any screenshots, please share them with us.
