Keyboard Shortcut Cmd+Shift+X Not Working on Brave (Mac)

That is strange behaviour. I'm sorry that didn't work. Have you tried changing the shortcut to different keys like ( CMD⌘ + Shift⇧ + 1 )? Does this problem occur if you set a keyboard shortcut to Lock the extension?

Could you reinstall the 1Password browser extension and test the behaviour again? Make sure you have a copy of your https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/ or another device signed in to 1Password, and know your account password before you start.
