I'm having the same issue - when logging into google accounts. I've turned off all of the Safari options for passwords, etc.

1Password Version: 8.12.6 81206039 Production
Extension Version: 8.12.5.2
OS Version: macOS Tahoe 16.3.1 (25D2128)
Browser: Safari 26.3.1 (21623.2.7.11.7)

    I'm also having this issue and am on the latest version of the extension.  It's definitely a 1Password issue. Same thing does not occur when using the Proton Pass extension.
