I'm sorry that you continue to run into issues with unlocking 1Password. Our Linux and Windows experts over on the email side would be in the best position to continue the conversation since they have access to the diagnostics reports and information that you sent in and we don't here on the public forum.

If you reply to the last email that you received from the support team then this will re-open your ticket. Please continue the conversation there.
