Linked apps stopped working

Just stopped working for all native apps. I press cmd+shift+space then cmd+enter and does nothing. Just upgraded to macOS 13.5 and didn't fix. 1Password has Accessibility enabled. Help is...

Hi @Ashkan

You'll need to press ⇧⮐ (Shift–Enter) to autofill an item (and link it to an app) from Quick Access. ⌘⮐ (Command–Enter) doesn't have a function in Quick Access.
