Mac App keeps asking for master password for Touch ID

I have been using the app for a long time. I have transferred to a new mac using migration tool, and everything has passed smoothly, but since then I am prompted very often (like several times a day)...

Hi, I have exactly the same issue as OP after using Migration Assistant.
I've sent diagnostic file.
