MacOS Text replacements are not working in 1Password app. I usually use a shortcut for my email.

1Password for Mac uses a macOS feature called Secure Input when you're editing an item to let macOS know that other apps shouldn't be able to see what you're typing into 1Password. This prevents text expansion / replacements from working when you're editing an item.
