Markdown Request: Mono-spaced Font, Markdown Header, Tables

This suggestion applies to all versions of 1P.

• support to begin a Secure Note with a tag. This would allow (1) users who don’t want MD formatted text to simply omit it and (2) a switch to a mono-space font for writing correctly in MD (useful for tables) and (3) all platforms could correctly display the MD content if it was there

• Support for tables across all platforms.
