Masterkey required ?

Hi support,

I am little bit confused why my masterkey/password is required in 1pw8.
According to my settings I am prompted to change the master key every 2 weeks.

In between (I think) sometimes get the message to fill in the masterkey for “Touch ID.”
Am I wrong and is this alert a regular 2 week message for the master key requirement?
Or is it a separate one and related to another reason (not the 2 weeks requirement)
And if it is a separate alert, why I get this message?

    additional info: I use a up to date IOS version on ipad, I use autofill (not extension safari).As mentioned in a previous topic got this message to fill In masterkey for Touch ID frequently (several days in a ros last month ) and it stopped asking for a couple of weeks now.
