Migrating from stand alone vault sets modification timestamp for some items

Some, not all, items got the modification timestamp set to the migration time. This happened when running the 1Password8 installer or when migrating using 1Password 7. I had a bad experience running the installer and had to download 1Password 7 and retry the installation.

BTW you should warn that 1Password 8 does not support stand alone vaults.
