mistakes in setting up my account has me locked out as I have no way to obtain the 6-digit code

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your 1Password account. I see that one of my colleagues sent you an email earlier today, can you check your spam/junk folder to see if it might have landed there?
