Wow Peter. Every time I see you guys replying, it is gracious, responsive, at not at all dismissive. So different from many companies these days.

1. Related items list does not show everything.
   It all seems rather random. Sometimes it shows two or three, sometimes maybe 20, sometimes more; but never does it seem like the entire 1111. Typing in the Search doesn't find anything that is not in that modal list:

   1P definitely seems to treat Login items special (just like Credit Card items seem have their own special treatment). I did a quick test to verify my memory -- I created a new Membership and added a 'username' field and changed 'PIN' to 'password'.

3. Going to the site, only the original Login item is shown in the input field popup as well as the toolbar popdown.

4. In the Chrome extension popdown, I can find the new item.…… and 'Autofill' button works. But it does not offer 'Open and Fill'.

5. Login items make it easy to add more websites.

6. I think I have seen other differences in the past - don't recall. Obviously things like offering to Update the login info and likely keeping the password history in the notes
   Anyway, I presume this may bend some rules and not worth the effort.

7. Mouse
   I did have my Logitech MX mouse stop working again yesterday. I mean, it moves and I can use the original left/right clicks; but the scroll wheel and all other buttons go dead until I unlock 1P again. I am not sure yet the exact sequence leading up to this. (for instance, I just had the screensaver come on and locked 1P, but the mouse is okay) I will try to pay better attention to determine the cause better.

Hi thomasoatman! Thanks for the extensive feedback, and for your compliments on the progress so far. We're certainly trying to outdo ourselves. 😃 And I'm happy to assist with what you've offered here.

1. Mouse scroll:

When first open Edit, the focus is in the Title field. As long as this is true, the mouse scroll doesn't work. So you have to click inside the larger area before scrolling down.

That's true. And thanks to your keen eye, I have filed an issue with our developers to see how this may be improved. Thank you!

Add Related Item is not showing ALL things ??

I'm sorry about this. I can see how that issue would have come up, but as far as I can tell it is possible from this modal window to search for any item you've got, and you should be able to link to it. Regarding the list itself, the items should display in alphabetical order, in the same way they do by default in 1Password's main view. But let me know if you see any discrepancies here and I'll be happy to look into this further.

1. Ability to add login info in other notes:

I truly do not like having Membership details (Warranty, Insurance, Accounts, Software License, etc....) and the login in separate items...I just want the username/pw fields inside of my membership note to work when I go to the website.

I can understand that. For a lot of people, login and membership items will be separate in kind, because they're used for different purposes, but if you want to link these because it's more useful to you that way, that makes sense.

I think what's missing to make this an effective process in the way you suggest is the addition of a username field. If you have a username, password, and URL saved for a given item, 1Password should be able to fill it for you in a website. So I'll bring this up with our developers to see if that's a way we might roll this functionality into the membership item (or if perhaps some other approach might be better). Again, thank you for bringing this up!

It's true! 🥳 Attachments are indeed a part of 1Password 8, and a welcome one from what we hear from folks.

And regarding image preview for attachments: we have received previous requests for this, and as a result we have an open feature request with our developers about it. And I've just added your thoughts here to the conversation. 👍

1. Note editing

I see that notes auto-save if I click away from it while editing. It's okay; but Is that intended ? and without a confirmation...

As far as I know, this is intentional to prevent accidental data loss. But I'll double-check to be sure as well!

1. Mouse doesn't work when 1P is locked

Yikes. That does indeed sound like it might be related to Secure Input - and we heard from some folks that this was fixed for them recently. If the issue does persist for you, though, do let us know. This is exactly the kind of thing we want to pursue in an effort to make your experience as seamless as possible.

+1 from me on attachment previews. It's driving me nuts that I have to download them in order to view them and then delete them manually afterwards.
