I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password for Safari. Are you using Safari 18.4? If you are then it sounds like you're running into a known issue that our team is working with our friends at Apple to resolve where certain filling and saving features are getting partially broken in the latest version of Safari. 

The next time that the issue occurs, and you're not able to fill your login, can you try to open the same website in a new tab and see if that gets things working for you?

1P_Dave​ It happened now and I tried that and it did not help. I also tried to open another web service which I have credentials stored in 1Password and autofill did not work there either. When this occurs there is always the issue where the 1Password Safari Extension just shows a loading indicator when the icon is clicked on the browser toolbar.

But, as always, a full Safari restart fixes the immediate problem.

    I'm sorry that opening a new tab didn't resolve the issue. So that I can confirm whether you're running into a known issue, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

      For what it's worth, I upgraded to MacOS 15.4.1 at the weekend and the intermittent issue persists.
