I've some sites with multiple user names but the size of the drop-down selector is quite limited at 4 entries and seems unnecessarily restricted on a full size screen.

There currently isn't a way to increase the height on the inline menu but we do have an open feature request which I will add your voice to.
In the meantime, I would suggest marking your most used items as favourites which means they will automatically appear at the top of the list or if you would rather not scroll through the items on the inline menu you can fill by clicking on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar followed by 'Autofill' next to the item.
