Hey @SiweiLi, thank you for your reply. Yes, that is the issue we have reported and our development team is still investigating.

I apologize that I don't have any great workarounds at the moment other than to disable the U2F Key from the account, remove the passkey from your Namecheap Login item and use TOTP (one-time password) instead.
