Nasty Bug in accounts listing

When I perform a search in the 1Password app, there is a listing of all the accounts that match that search. I have multiple sign-ins for Google/YouTube. I am trying to rename some of the account...

You seem to be using 13.3.1 which is 15 or so security updates behind. I would recommend checking for updates when/if possible. It sounds like a display issue. That said, it may be best to get you into support via email. Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.
