Just for sake of completeness, also +1 on this feature, for all the reasons mentioned here. 🙂

I've also shared this wish in connection with previous instabilities of the safari extension, both in previous support requests and in https://1password.community/discussion/144909/1password-does-not-work-with-safari-profiles/p2.
