I can definitely see how having the UI for the new USO overlay say "Autofill" instead of "Sign in" to indicate if you have the "Sign in automatically after autofill" option disabled could be useful and so I've submitted a feature request on your behalf to our Product team.

While I can't guarantee if or when this feature will be implemented, you can make sure you have access to any new features or fixes as soon as they're available by making sure you have 1Password set to update automatically.
